A Love for Spas and Cycling
My wife always loved going to the spa while I always liked going outdoors on my bike. On our trip to the UK we headed out to the spa town of Harrogate. My wife had always been wanting to visit this town. She used to tell me that if we were alive during the Georgian era, she would have wished that our home was in Harrogate. I just nodded my head as my knowledge in English history is not as vast as hers. She then went on to explain that Harrogate was famous during that era for its spas.
I was not expecting that during this holiday trip I would be able to enjoy a bike ride in this spa town that my wife is head over heels in love with. But I have to admit that I was mistaken to think this. The Harrogate to Knaresborough ride was absolutely fantastic.
